Kristine L. Foot was born and raised in the Flathead Valley. Her parents raised her on a self-sustaining farm, where she learned the core values of discipline, knowledge, curiosity, respect for self and others, hard work, recreation and respite. Kristine graduated from the University of Montana with high honors in 1980 with a degree in Political Science. In 1985, Kristine graduated with honors from the University of Montana School of Law.
After graduation, Kristine served as a law clerk to the Hon. Timothy Reardon, Montana Workers’ Compensation Court. For the next many years, Kristine practiced at Milodragovich, Dale and Dye, where she became that firm’s first female shareholder. In 1994, Kristine started her own firm, where she practiced until early 2017, when she joined Clark Fork Law Offices, P.C.
Kristine’s practice was limited to representing disabled individuals in social security disability and supplemental security income cases. She was a long-time member of NOSSCR (the National Organization of Claimants’ Representatives) and is the only attorney practicing in Montana who is Board certified in Social Security Disability Advocacy.
Kristine loves to be with her amazing husband of 35+ years and her three sons, all of whom have launched to places she likes to visit. Kristine is a water-lover, so you may see her sitting in a hot-pot, tubing the Clark Fork, or paddle boarding.
After 36 years in practice, Kristine decided “life is short and the world is wide.”
