Kathryn Delans is an attorney with Clark Fork Law Offices in Missoula, Montana. She primarily practices personal injury law.

Kathryn is devoted to serving people in need.  Prior to going to law school, she worked as a private investigator and later as a State child abuse investigator. While attending the University of Montana School of Law, Kathryn volunteered at the Missoula Self Help Law Center, family law pro-bono clinics, and Soft Landing.

Upon obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 2017, Kathryn represented and counseled clients on a variety of legal matters including criminal defense, personal injury claims, family law matters, and real estate claims. Kathryn shifted her practice to personal injury law in 2019 where she represented persons injured in car accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, and dog bites. She joined Clark Fork Law Offices to build and grow her practice.

Kathryn is an experienced personal injury attorney who is passionate about advocating for her clients’ needs. Whenever Kathryn is hired to represent a client, she goes above and beyond to ensure she obtains the best result possible for her client.

In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys making fun and loving memories with her husband and daughter.  She leads an active lifestyle traveling, fishing, hiking, and hitting the gym. Kathryn is an amateur baker with a knack for making tasty cakes and pies.
